- FEB 29, (your year

When ordering your Frog Tag, include
the following in your email:
- Member Number
If you do not have your
Member Number I can look it up for you, or you may
look it up by
going to http://leapyearday.com/hr/members.html
- Your name (15 characters
per line counting spaces)
You may use uppercase letters, numbers or the following
characters / . , ' - * &
- Year born
- Mailing address
Frog Tags come
with a
24" chain, if you'd like a 30" chain $1.00 will
be added to your total.
Wear it on the chain that comes with it, put it on your
key-chain,
or keep it in
your
wallet! Add it to your shoe laces!
