No Leap Day in the year 2100

If the year is divisible by 100 then it is a Leap Year if it is also divisible by 400.

This happens to be the second vanity plate this Corvette has had. When I first bought the car in 1994 when I lived in New York my vanity plate read LEEPYEER (you could have 8 letters in NY). I wanted LEAPYEAR (spelled the right way but it was apparently taken). Then I moved to New Jersey where they only allow 7 letters on vanity plates. The only one I could get was LEAP 29.

My birthday is one of the things that has always made me special. My friends, coworkers, and family always remember my birthdays!

In case they forget, my personalized license plate is LEAP BBY. When I first got my plate, I really didn't think people who didn't know me would get it, but I have been asked a couple of times, "So who's the Leap Year baby"?
