"My daughter was born on Leap Year of 2000. She was not due until March 6th, but around 12:00a.m. on the 29th, she decided she was ready to come into this world. When I became pregnant, it never entered my mind that she might be a leapyear baby, but my mother said she knew all along that she would be born on that day. The week before leapday, my mother again made the comment that she thought Macy would be born on leapday, and I just ignored the thought. It wasn't until I was half way to the hospital that I realized that my child would definitely be a leapyear baby. She is so unique, and her birthday fits her to a ""tee"". Sincerely, Mim Lott Proud mother of a Leapyear Baby! "
