"Non-leap year babies always remark how unfortunate it is to have a leap year birthday, but I feel quite lucky! I usually celebrate on both the 28th AND the 1st, because I figure that since I only get an actual birth date once every four years, I deserve at least, 2 days every year! I also tell people that I accept ""Happy Birthday"" (and presents) on both days :)"
