About the Honor Society
| The Honor Society of Leap Day
Babies is brought to you by the combined efforts of Raenell Dawn and
Peter Brouwer. We also have many contributors, cited where possible on
these pages. |
| We hope to continue to build
the site with more contributions. If you have a Leap Day story, or Leap
Day facts, or would like to boast about how many Leap Day Babies you
know, or would like to work on this site with us, please send email to
Peter and/or Raenell. |

Other Societies we've heard
about
| The
mysterious Headlight-Sun Order of 29'ers. This is what we know. |
| The
Society for the Preservation of Youth. Has anyone else
heard of this? It entitled members, born on Leap Day, to officially
celebrate their birthday between 9PM and 3AM on non-leap years. Maybe
the society was local to the Philadelphia area. If you are familiar
with this society please let us know. |

About The Project
| If Ground Hog Day is on the
calendar, why not Leap Day? It would aid Leap Day awareness, and make
the world a better place for all Leapers. A noble cause indeed,
finally, justice for those the calendar misses. |
| The project's main aim is to
get the words Leap Day on the calendar, as in "February 29 -- Leap
Day". This involves calling calendar publishers to get them to adorn
the little square that February 29 fits in. |
| At The Project Web Site you
will also find a store with Leap Day awareness paraphenalia such as
T-shirts, books, and novelty items. All proceeds go to finance The
Project and world Leap Day awareness.. |
